Anotaciones: This is only the third Antonov 124 we have had at MROC in the last 20 years and my first time spotting one. The Antonov arrived form Cabo Verde to pick up two water treatment plants commissioned by the US government for one of their bases in Kandahar, Afganistan. Here we see the Antonov departing to Germany with stops at El Salvador and Canada. Local Costa Rican Spotters Alejandro Vargas, Daniel Umaña, Tomas Cubero and Josue Saavedra capture this special moment.
